This past week started out by pulling out the chainsaw again, which I have been using much more times this past week than I have for the last year. The Colony House in Franklin, TN had tree limbs encroaching over the roof line on one of their buildings, and The Verdei Group who manages the property asked me to trim the branches and limbs.
Lucille, a regular client referred me to her friend in Old Hickory who needed a new light fixture in her entryway.
Nicole, who I re-stained her deck for, and built & stained a new deck arbor for asked me to finish installing crown molding in her laundry room that she started doing a while back. I had to lower the pantry door, and use trim board material to build out backing to support the new crown running above the door.
The Verdei Group also asked me to install a new key box at one of their properties. I used 2 3/4" concrete screws to really secure it so it would be very difficult to remove by force.
My friend and Electrician, Trevor Whit from White's Electrical Service referred me to Lisa who owns a rental property in Lebanon, TN. There are many projects ahead of her to get her property ready for new tenancy, and some of those tasks include removing dead and fallen trees all around her property that were victim to the ice from this past winter. I will be continuing to cut up and pile up these dead tress into the following week.
