Another busy week! One more fence panel left at the ongoing fence project in Old Hickory, TN. Our client Lisa has been in no rush to have this completed, so I've been going there in between other clients. I also had to get tricky when it came to the tree right on the back fence line, and create a gap to allow the tree to grow through.
The Verdei Group, a property management group out of Franklin, TN that I've done a tremendous amount of work for in 2023 has taken over another townhome property in Nashville. They have been slowly lining up more projects for our company, including a pressure wash job this past week at this townhome complex. We used a 15 inch surface cleaner accessory to deep clean the pool deck in the center of the complex. Using our pressure washer, we serviced one of our regular clients by deep cleaned around her house, including her front walkway, and her back patio (not pictured here).
I also installed 8 blinds for Laurie, a new client at another property managed by The Verdei Group. As well as hanging a vanity mirror for her.
My long time client Linda, who lives in Thompson Station called me back this week to re-hang a chandelier that I hung at her home that she sold down the street from this larger home. As I mentioned in last week's "Project of the Week" album. She also had me re-hang an old open shelf unit seen on the wall behind the chandelier in one of the photos.
Then finally, I installed 4 ceiling fans at a home in Walton's Grove. The first neighborhood I lived in when I first moved to Tennessee, and where I still have a few regular clients as well.
