This past week we continued with my friend Lisa's fence, and I also removed her stainless steel kitchen sink. Then replaced it with a new beautiful white granite composite sink, and a disposal drain collar that she picked out to match her faucet. I also installed a new Schlage "Encode" WiFi enabled dead bolt lock set on her front door, with a matching handle/latch.
My crew (Bobby & Krys) began a large month long "over-night" touch up paint project at the new BJ's Warehouse store in Mount Juliet where they are painting galvanized metal electrical conduit, and other electrical hardware that was installed after their painters had already left before the store had then opened for business.
I also installed a new 48 inch LED light fixture in a pantry closet for a client who lives in Del Webb, Mount Juliet, and a simple ceiling fan for another client in Hermitage.

We were all very busy this past week, and blessed with much work. Along with hanging a beautiful oval mirror, we also began the fence project for my friend & Route Family, Lisa at her newly remodeled Tennessee home in Old Hickory. Bobby and I removed a huge old fallen tree limb from a section of the fence that was holding it up. We removed the limb by cutting it into small pieces for easy handling with a chainsaw. With assistance from my pro Painter, Krys Kura, he and Bobby managed to install almost 100 feet of fence panels. They also had to set a few posts to create a fence bump out around two trees, and their roots.
Lisa also received her new sink this week, and a disposal collar that matches her faucet. I will be installing the sink in the upcoming week or the following week. We also installed 3/4" plywood plank attic walk boards on top of 2x4 & 2x2 material fastened to the joists to raise the planks up to avoid wiring, pipes, and it adds more overall stability.

This past week we did many small projects, and received the delivery for a larger fence installation project as well. I mounted a few TVs for a client, including two in her kid's bedroom that they share, and now they can play both of their game systems at the same time. Then one in her room as well. The sister of a friend of mine in California just moved into a new home in Brentwood, TN and I mounted her and her husband's TV onto their massive stone fireplace. I've never seen a fireplace this tall! Other projects included new shelving in a closet, installed a small vanity cabinet & faucet, outdoor wicker chair assembly, replaced a stair tread (which will be stained & finished soon), and hung a painting.

I engaged in many little things, worked in the office, and planned for some larger upcoming projects. However, I did manage to work on a few projects in the field. Lisa, a client/friend of mine from California, who is also Route 91 family, bought a flipped home out here that she plans to move into someday soon. Until then, she will let family stay here until she's ready. There are a few items that still need to be done, and I did some of them this past week. I installed a Ring camera/doorbell, and a Ring floodlight/camera in the back. I also installed a new mailbox, and a smart lock entry set on her front door, and was there when they put in her new cable line for Internet. One of her floating shelves was loose, so I tightened that up for her.
Another client of mine installed a bunch of new door casing trim around their house, but wanted me to fill, caulk, and paint it all. Including much of the older existing trim. I used the same paint on one side of their hall bathroom door as well.

Garage storage can sometimes be tricky at times. Especially if your space is limited to the floor and wall space only. Hanging ceiling racks can allow you to use the horizontal space above. One of our other clients also found great cleaning/gardening tool hook racks that really help to utilize space while stayting organized as well. This last week we also installed new Ring camera/flood lighting, and hung some home decor, including a couple of mirrors.
