What Is a Fixed-Price Estimate?
A fixed-price estimate is a detailed written quote for your project. We assess the scope of work, materials, and time required, then provide a firm price for your approval. Once you approve it, that estimate becomes the foundation of your invoice.
How It Works
Free Estimate
We assess your project in person or via photos and provide a detailed written estimate at no charge.
Estimate Sent to Your Portal
Your estimate is uploaded directly to the Pending folder inside your Estimates section in your client portal, where you can review it at any time.
You Approve It
When you're ready, approve the estimate right from your portal. It moves automatically to your Approved Estimates folder and we're notified immediately.
Estimate Converts to Invoice
Upon your approval, the estimate is converted into an open invoice. Payments you make are applied directly to that invoice as the project progresses.
Adjustments Are Transparent
If additional tasks are discovered during the project, or if extra supplies and materials are needed to complete the work, those items can be added to the invoice. Any additions will be communicated to you and will adjust the original approved price accordingly — nothing is added without your knowledge.
Your Estimates Live in Your Portal
All estimates and invoices are organized inside your client portal. Your Estimates folder contains three sub-folders: Pending (awaiting your review), Need Approval (action required), and Approved Estimates (your approved and active projects). You can review, approve, and track everything in one place.
